Today we went to Disney California Adventure which is the newest Disney theme park.  The first ride that we did was the Radiator Springs Racers.  We had to wait a long time to go on the ride.  The ride was from the movie 'Cars' and on the ride you raced another car. The ride went really fast.














We met a lot of Disney characters today.  One of them was Pluto and my favourite was Minnie Mouse.  When we had finished our picture with Minnie a lady who was behind us in line ran up to Minnie and hugged her. The lady was dressed up like Minnie.  I think she really loved Minnie Mouse a lot!

 

 There was a part of DCA called Paradise Pier where there was a really big roller coaster and a huge ferris wheel.  On the ferris wheel our seat swang and I felt a bit nervous that I might fall off.

 

Another cool ride was Sully and Mike to the Rescue.  It had lots of stuff from the Monsters Inc movie in it.

 

That night we stayed at DCA until it got dark so that we could see the 'World of Colour' show.  It was very exciting because there was music and bits of movies with water jets and also some fire.  It was better than I thought it would be and it was worth waiting in the cold for.
